You are our guest and we want to treat you like a guest would be treated in our home. We want you to be able to relax while you are in our care. We hope to take your mind off not only the dentistry but the stresses of your day. Check it all at the door and relax and be refreshed and pampered while you are with us.

If you’ve had to rush to get here and you feel you need to freshen up before your dental care, we offer a number of guest amenities in our guest restroom. You’ll find mouthrinse, pre-pasted individually packaged toothbrushes, floss samples, sample size lip balms, and soft terry cloth hand towels.

Paper work is usually a part of every dental visit. We don’t want you to be burdened with completing this task by yourself so someone will always assist you with the review of and completion of any documents that pertain to your dental treatment.

While you are in our company, we want you to take full advantage of our guest refreshment center. You will find an assortment of cookies and low carb nutritious snacks, as well as cold juices, bottled water, fresh coffee and assorted hot teas.
 
During your dental care, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. We will provide you with a menu of services you can enjoy while in the dental suite including a form fitting neck pillow, a fleece blanket in the event you feel cold or would just like to warm up a bit. We can offer you a variety of flavors of numbing gel if your treatment includes local anesthesia. Our treatment suites are equipped with flat screen TV’s and DVD players . You can watch the news, cartoons, your favorite soaps, the stock market or, if you are with us for an extended visit for a smile makeover,choose from a selection of movies we have in our movie library or bring one of your own. If you’d like to feel just about alone, or like you’re relaxing on the beach, try our sunglasses and an iPod or a CD. Our iPod has over 750 musical selection that you can listen to. If you’d like to choose a musical album from our selection or bring one of your own, we have personal CD players and earbuds. 

Upon completion of your treatment, we’ll offer you a mirror and a delightfully warm, lemon-scented personal hand towel to touch up and refresh.

We also offer VIP Express checkout that allows you to make your next appointment and take care of any financial obligations while still in the dental suite. Upon completion, you can bypass the front desk and gently and quickly slip back into your day. Don’t forget a beverage or snack from our guest refreshment center on your way out.


Payment Options for Our Patients

To help keep costs down for you, our goal is to eliminate sending you a bill for treatment. By doing this, we can avoid charging our patients for the overhead it takes to process bills and statements. Instead, we ask that you pay us for your treatment by choosing any one of our convenient payment options. We are proud to be able to help you save money whenever you visit us.
We believe it is important to provide both the highest quality dental care and to make this care affordable to our patients.
We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Payment in full at each visit with cash, check or credit card.
    We offer a courtesy adjustment for payment in full, one week prior to your scheduled  treatment.* At no charge, we will gladly process any insurance claim for reimbursement.
  • No-or-low-interest payment plans with no down payment necessary in most cases. Finance that smile of your dreams, or that smile 'upgrade' right here in our studios with easy monthly payments (with approved credit-Dental Fee Plan, CITI Health Card, CareCredit)
  • Estimated co-payment at visit with cash, check or credit card with most insurance plans following benefit verification. Insurance deductibles and co-payments are the patient’s responsibility, and by both state law and dental codes of ethics, must be paid.**
  • We offer VIP Express check out, to save our guests time and money.

About Dental Insurance

All of our payment options help you to use your insurance. We are happy to process any insurance claim as a service to you at no charge. Please keep in mind that any estimate we provide to you is just an estimate and you are responsible for all fees in their entirety.

We are proud that our fees reflect the time the doctor spends with each patient as well as the overall care and service we provide. Our fees are not based on any insurance schedules so we are happy to discuss your particular dental benefits and coverage prior to treatment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DENTAL INSURANCE

  • When dental insurance was introduced about 50 years ago, most annual maximums were $1,000. Today, most insurance annual maximums are still $1,000. If this rate were adjusted for inflation (as everything else is), your annual maximum should be over $5,000 today! Yet while insurance premiums have increased, benefits have actually decreased.
  • Many patients think that their dental plan pays 80-100% of their dental costs. We have found that many plans actually cover only about 40-50% of an average fee.
  • Insurance coverage is a matter between your employer and the insurance company. We are not involved with any insurance company, therefore your benefits are not determined by our office.
  • Please read your policy so that you are aware of any limitation of benefits provided. Some routine services and preventive procedures are not covered by insurance. We will cooperate in any way to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your insurance coverage.
  • We will be happy to fill out your insurance forms and submit the claims to your insurance company.
  • Please be aware that certain carriers may not allow you to assign your benefits to our office. Because of this restriction, we ask that you choose an alternative payment option. We will gladly process your insurance claim for reimbursement.
